DuhraSoft is looking for a highly motivated customer representative to join our company. Customer service is responsible for supporting the sales department by entering orders with preciseness. High customer satisfaction is our main priority.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Entering customer orders, making sure orders are entered correctlyand all the correct and current information for the account is filled out properly on all orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Support sales department.
• Recognize and resolve any issues with orders.
• Monitors back-orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English.
• Phone and email etiquette.
• Strong internet skills.
